Description
For sale are new Triumph twins front fork inner damper sleeves. Inner damper sleeves are typically found inside forks towards the very bottom of the leg. Often times the sleeves wear and tend to crack. Sleeves measure approx 2 3/16" long. When installing make sure the inner groove / shoulder is facing down.
The 97-1896 / H1896 sleeves will fit all Triumph 650 unit twins (Bonneville, T120R, Tiger, TR6, etc) from 1965-1970. Fits Triumph 350 and 500 twins (Daytona, T100R, T90, T100C, etc) from 1965-1974. Also fits the Triumph T150 from 1968-1970.
Plastic
Original 97-1896 / H1896 sleeves where plastic from the factory. Often times they where black or a white plastic type of material. Sold each
Alloy
Today we offer an alloy sleeve to replace the stock plastic style sleeve. Exactly the same as the plastic but alloy. Alloy is stronger and will not crack unlike the plastic types that often times did. Sold each
