Kibblewhite valve guide reamers are spiraled / fluted to allow a straight and true bore. As you ream this tool acts a "pilot" or "guide"... others on the market do not allow that. We use Kibblewhite valve guide reamers here at our shop with great results. Works with manganese guides but we have also used them on Kibbblewhite C630 valve guides.
